Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the LynBug Marketing Services website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services 

LynBug Marketing Services provides digital marketing services, including Email marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Relations Management, Web Design-build and maintenance

3. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested.
• Cooperate with LynBug Marketing Services in the delivery of services.
• Pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

4. Intellectual Property

LynBug Marketing Services retains ownership of all intellectual property created as part of the services. The Client may use the created materials for the intended purpose of the project.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of this agreement.   

6. Limitation of Liability

LynBug Marketing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold LynBug Marketing Services harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the Client's use of the services or breach of these terms.   

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement upon mutual agreement with at 30 day written notice.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.   

10. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
